 Lice treatment is typically not covered by insurance. However, we can provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. AZ Lice Removal does not guarantee reimbursement from your insurance company.

Most treatments take 60–90 minutes, depending on hair length and severity.

 Most schools have their own policies regarding lice. We provide parents with a super bill and treatment documentation so you can notify your child’s school and prevent the spread of lice.  AZ Lice Removal will NEVER contact your child's school or disclose that your child / family have been treated for lice.

 Yes! We provide education and tips on prevention, including proper hair care, avoiding head-to-head contact, and monitoring for early signs of lice.
